FAQ Pilot Project - Successfully Delivered

An FAQ pilot system has been successfully delivered focusing on admissions and pre-arrival questions asked by students and applicants.  The funding for the project came from the Student Experience initiative. The project was delivered by the Student Systems Partnership.

The total number of visits to the questions/answers has been over 8200 between the pilot launch in May and end September with access from the university website.

The data gathered is currently being analysed  to evalaute both the use being made of and the qualitity of the questions. The evaluation will also look at the reduction in the number of queries handled by the teams involved in the pilot. This evaluation will be reported to the student experience project for this project board to make a decsion on how to move forward.
