New Project To Pilot FAQ Solution For Students

A new project to provide a pilot FAQ service for students has been started . The funding for the project comes from the Student Experience initiative. The project is being managed and delivered by the Student Systems Partnership. 

The project will deliver FAQs based on information published on the University website for "New Students". The FAQ component of the Tribal Enterprise Service Desk solution has been chosen for the pilot. A key deliverable of the project will be a set of evaluation criteria, which can be used to measure project success based around student queries handled before and after the implementation. At the end of the project in October 2014 a decision will be made based on the evaluation as to whether the pilot is rolled out into a full service. If the project is successful the next area to be targeted will be Admissions.
