• Development of single sign on link and end-to-end process of distribution of HEAR from within EUCLID and viewing by recipient (see issue Decision to use single sign on instead of PDF...)
• Well received demo of development version to project sponsor and Student Administration team members 

Issues

• Decision was made by project sponsor to delay implementation of all processing until August. (See Go/No go decision for release of HEAR to students this year). Consequently key milestone dates have moved (see Revision to delivery dates) and as a result re-estimation will be complete w/c 9/6. It is very likely this will take the project above agreed 120 day budget (see issue 13 Revised estimates)
• New plan for carry over to be confirmed after re-estimation. Carried over into next year will be deployment of all requirements including Alumni post-live support.

Next Steps

• Complete build and test of HEAR processing from within EUCLID 
• Develop and test other documents content 
• Develop process to allow other documents to be requested/distributed for students from within EUCLID
