SAC025 Self-Service Electronic Documents for Students & Alumni successfuly delivered

Since August students have been able to view and send links to electronic versions of documents via EUCLID self-service. The project delivered a process that enables the 3rd party recipients securely access to the documents hosted on UoE servers. This gives recipients confidence that the documents are genuine. 

Alumni can also access relevant documents via links from a Student Administration webpages, and Development  & Alumni have plans to also deploy a MyEd channel to give access through the Alumni portal. 

The documents currently available with volumes requested to date are :

• Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) (4300)
• Certificate of Student Status for Council Tax Exemption (1700)
• Certificate of Matriculation  (2300)
• Academic Statement (800)

Student Administration have received very few queries from students or 3rd parties regarding the service. 

This project is now closed but there are plans to deliver further electronic documents via EUCLID self service this year.
