Post-go live issues from LIVE EUCLID Upgrade:

2 High issues:

SAC011-96 : EUGEX Course refresh performance issue

Pride has done additional monitoring using Oracle Spotlight, he needs to discuss the results with Mark Lang before reporting results back to Defeng Ma and Peter Pratt. Initial results show a lot of I/O.

SAC011-97 : eVsion performance issue (HUB and ACD)

Rachel has done comparitive benchmark timing tests in TRN and TEST (with no background load) . Overall the timings for TEST at SITS v8.6.0 are faster than TRN at SITS v8.5.0 (except for one of the HUB retrieve timings ).

Call raised to Tribal via MySITS, Tribal have requested that they get PAL and WTL logs from LIVE, Rachel will confirm if they need these logs from all App servers, or whether the logs from one indicative App server in LIVE is sufficient.

Expect to switch PAL and WTL logging on one App server on Tues 2-April 2pm for 2 hours to gather logging (tbc), and get some some HUB and ACD tests run against the named App server with PAL and WTL enabled. (Rachel to confirm Tues pm is OK, Pride to do Dev tech changes once date confirmed)

Jamie to extend bookings for the SAC011 weekly project meetings until these 2 high issues are resolved
