The equipment was delivered in time for the 23-Dec-2015 milestone date.

The DataStore storage equipment was commissioned in February 2016, and is ready to be used.

A draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been passed to the Principle Investigator for approval. This approval is required to confirm the implementation of the compute equipment installation. This is recorded here as an Amber status on "Scope".

The risk of RSS001 overruning has been closed - that project did overrun, and the milestones for this project have been updated accordingly.

The compute equipment installation is still pending - expected to be carried out in March 2016, but at risk of further delay there as work continues on RSS003 (which this project has dependencies on, and which is using the staff resource which will deliver this project) and we await agreement of the MoU. This is recorded here as an Amber status on "Time", with a new risk entered in the Risk Log.

The compute equipment installation includes the commissioning of the additional HPC storage and servers, which will be added as a dedicated storage pool within the existing file systems. A new milestone has been created for this specifically.
