Achievements in Last Period

• Completed testing in DEV environment
• Deployed v2.3 changes to TEST environment
• Completed user acceptance testing on existing business processes which use Worktribe, and identified changes
• Completed integration testing, incorporating the data feeds between Worktribe and UoE systems, and with the external reporting solution
• Scheduled upgrade of LIVE to v2.3
• Agreed implementation plan with service owner and supplier
• Deployed upgrade to LIVE of v2.3 and sign off achieved

Closed issues

• Clarification was received about the application of the Apprenticeship Levy, its impact on data feeds and systems including Salary Forecasting

• Agreement to place out of scope any work to link up UoE DEV interfaces with new Worktribe DEV environment - to be taken forward in a separate Finance project

• Removed potential dependency with INF121 (Oracle upgrades to 12c) - as they are significantly behind our own timescales in terms of promoting changes through the environments

• Release notes not in business language - they were translated and more context provided by supplier, on request

• Mismatch in subversion number between DEV and TEST - the business lead has provided feedback this was unsatisfactory but for this project, we moved on by testing the differences and have reiterated the LIVE environment must have the same subversion number as TEST

• Issues found by RSO in testing Apprenticeship Levy in DEV and TEST environments were raised and resolved
