Achievements in Last Period

• DEV and TEST data is now refreshed from LIVE
• Milestones replaned
• Risks reviewed and removed / added as necessary
• Patch update to PURE not required. There is a patch update required to Oracle 12, but is included in 12.2. As we are moving to 12.2, there is no need to patch Oracle either.

Issues

• Delay in starting the refresh of data as the annual rollover of Finance data had to be completed before backups could be taken from PURE LIVE.
• Cost has put the project into AMBER as 10 days were originally allocated to the project for 17/18, but due to delays in 16/17 in getting resource the anticipated work was not carried out and been moved into the 17/18 year. A further  16 days are required for this project.

Next Steps

• Review previous project activity, ie the TAD and the plan are up to date.

• Integration testing
• Acceptance testing
