Achievements this period

Initial meetings set up with Jill Nicoll, Mark Lang and James Toon to introduce myself and discuss initial RES062: PURE Upgrade to Oracle 12c expectations and dependencies between PURE upgrade and Oracle 11g-12c.

The previous PURE migration to Oracle 11g was approx 2 years ago. Whilst Oracle 12c tech is slightly different the process can potentially be cut and paste.

Similarly worst/likely/best time estimates will be similar, however, downtime has been reduced to approx 1hr.
