| Launch of Enhanced PSO |
On Monday, April 8, PPS001 Enhancements to PSO delivered the new Printing Services Online system. This project coordinated the launch of the new PSO with Communications and Marketing's launch of the new University of Edinburgh corporate branding. Any new corporate stationery will be produced to the new branding guidelines. This project has successfully delivered the requirements within budget and to plan. |

Build work progressed to plan. Printing Services were unable to complete any initial testing on the enchanced PSO but are hoping to do so nest week. |

Printing Services staff were trained in JIRA so that initial testing feedback can be recorded and passed to the developer. Requests have been madeĀ for JIRA access for additional Printing Services staff. A re-estimation of the project took place. The budget remains the same. Build work continued to plan. |

A demo of the build so far is taking place on Friday, November 9. The feedback will be taken into consideration at a project re-estimation meeting booked for Monday, November 12. |

The project reviewed the Build work and agreed that Printing Services should review the enhancements to date in TEST before any further work was completed to ensure the proeject was on track with what the Business was expecting. |

| October diary |
The PM was on leave for the first half of the month - hence no regular updates. The project's TAD and SDS were signed off as planned on October 5. The Business agreed to pay the necessary costs to upgrade Activepdf. The Build work was completed to prepare DEV for the development work to begin. The Build stage progressed very well in October and the project commence the prep work for the TEST environment. |

The TAD and SDS were completed this week and distributed to attendees of the sign-off on October 5. The costs for Activepdf are still to be obtained and ownership agreed. This was slightly delayed due to leave. ITI Architecture have begun the work on the new VMs. |

Following approval of the Business Requirements on September 14, the project moved in to the Design stage. With approval given to new Infrastructure as part of the BRD, the project needs to resolve any potential issue around the Licence of Activepdf and any associated costs. |
