IT Infrastructure and IS Apps Working in Partnership

ITI have an ambitious 5 year roadmap to deliver the IT infrastructure necessary for the University to successfully achieve its strategic objectives.  This will be delivered through a combination of major programmes of work and smaller enabling projects. 

ITI have asked Project Services (IS Apps) to work with them in partnership to support successful delivery of the road map, with a focus on:

• Developing a suitable project and programme delivery framework for infrastructure projects

• Providing project managers for larger, complex projects
• Developing ITI staff to deliver on self-managed projects

This is an exciting opportunity for the two divisions to work together.  Maurice Franceschi, Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager will co-locate with ITI from July 2015.
