Successful Start of Term for IT Services
Week 1 of start of term 2014 has been completed successfully with IT services generally running well through this busy period. Staff in Information Services and our business partner organisations have worked effectively to ensure that even those IT services with known issues have continued to deliver a good services for students and staff over the critical start of term. IS Applications would like to thank colleagues for their engagement with the process this year and for their contribution to the delivery of smooth running and stable IT services.
Simon Marsden, the Director of IS Applications stated:
"We've have had the best start to an academic year that I can remember – our services have worked really well through what is always a difficult time. I want to say thank you to all of your for the work that has gone into making the start of year run so smoothly. Week 1 and a referendum - great stuff, great people!"
