Enhancements To The Projects Website

In response to user feedback, a number of enhancements have been applied to the site over the last week including: -

• 'withdrawn' status for milestones - this allows Project Managers to differentiate between outstanding milestones and those which are no longer to be delivered due to agreed scope changes.
• milestone report shows incomplete milestones by default - this allows users to quickly see the outstanding milestones for all projects.
• wider programme reports - the right-hand menu has been supressed when viewing the programme reports to allow a much larger viewing space.
• 'date last reviewed' on summary risk logs - this allows the users to easily see which risks are due to be reviewed.

In addition, a number of bug fixes have been installed: -

• actions raised via the estimations log now correctly display in the project actions log
• actions raised via the issue/change log now correctly display in the project actions log
• the System Description Document (SDD) template now correctly displays in the Execute stage of the project
• the dates on the programme issue log now default to the current date

Further enhancements are planned for October.
