Achievements in Last Period

• Outstanding contractual issue on ESCROW arrangements in progress; costed proposal with NCC and FNS brought to Project Sponsor for approval. Agreement at Project Board that (provided there is agreement and a commitment to a timescale with FNS and NCC), the project can close. 
• The local Provet DB is now being updated daily. Handed over to Production Management; access to content has been verified.
• Project Board agreed to meet late September with a view to signing off remaining contractual issues.
• UoE User feed is in testing. Progress on UAT has been delayed due to R(D)SVS staff availability. Project Sponsor has agreed that R(D)SVS need to take responsibility for the users in Provet but also that this issue should not prevent the project from closing.
• Invoice for development of the VTO student loading application has been paid.

Issues

• No major issues.
• PM and Snr Supplier availability remains an issue due to commitments across projects.

Next Steps

• Delivery of ESCROW arrangements.
• Delivery of non-contractual items: coordinate FNS user  feed.
• Close implementation project.
