Achievements this Period

• Design and development effort is progressing close to plan. Focus is mainly on allowing for creation of multiple surveys and clearing the backlog of Jira issues.
• Regular review meetings have been held with good continued attendance. 
• An Equality Impact Assessment form has been populated.

Issues

• The 3rd party undertaking of penetration testing could not be organised this side of Christmas to align with expected build complete.

Next Steps

• Conclude user interface design and software development.
• Arrange for independent Equality Impact Assessment testing.
• Arrange for independent penetration testing.
• Raise change record to move milestone dates from the end of December to the end of January, 2020.
• Oversee project preparations for implementation and actual deployment.
