• ITT approved by Project Board and published 05/04/16.
• Revised milestone dates agreed with Project Sponsor.
• Next three Project Board meetings aligned with key decision points on the timeline.
• Bidders conference held 21/04/16.
• Responses to supplier clarifications agreed and published by 28/04/16 deadline.
• Handover session (Project Sponsor, PM, Procurement Manager) ahead of Project Sponsor annual leave.
• Evaluators agreed for business sections of ITT.
• Most evaluators agreed for standard sections of ITT (awaiting some confirmations on staff availability).
• Briefing sessions arranged for staff scoring ITT (at Easter Bush and Dalhousie).
• Staff requested to complete Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Declarations.

Next Steps​

• ITT Mandatories to be scored 11/05/16 (to be agreed with IF/MF/TK in absence of Project Sponsor)
• ITT responses to be made available to scorers via procurement system from 12/05/16.
• Prepare update on evaluation process for Project Board.
• Review risks with Project Board.
• Review budget and resourcing.

The project current status is GREEN (ITT published, milestones revised but delivery date remains unchanged).
