Achievements in Last Period

• Video conference sessions took place w/c 05/12/16 where Provet worked through the scenarios with Vet staff and presented the most recent changes to Provet Cloud functionality; Business Lead then carried out gap analysis for Provet to produce a revised plan for the required development for implementation focussing on Phase 1.
• Sample data has been provided to allow Provet to provide options for migration of legacy data.
• Contract negotiations continue.
• Next Project Board meeting confirmed for 19/01/17.
• Implementation project MVM509 has been initiated; milestones are dependent on completion of MVM009 specifically the signing of the contract.

Issues

• No major issues; contract negotiations have taken longer than hoped however there was an understanding that completing in December was optimistic and inevitably with limited staff availability in December this has been pushed into January.

Next Steps

• Review budget, resourcing, timeline and milestones.
• Complete contract negotiations and get contract signed off by all parties.
• Agree (procurement) project closure.

The project current status is AMBER due to delays completing contract negotiations.
