ISSUE: The Learning Design for week 3 of the MOOC was revised on 28 November. Limited week 3 content has been produced or filmed to date which has resulted in a revised date for the production of content (end December), completion of media production (mid January), and course launch (end January) which will result in the review process being pushed back by several weeks. This has used the project's contingency and leaves no room for further slippage.
ISSUE: A small amount of content for other weeks remains incomplete. Concerted effort required to finalise all content and filming by end December.
RISK: If week 3 content and media is not produced in line with the revised timeline, there is a high risk that the MOOC may not start on 25 Feb 2020 or that it may run as a four week MOOC.
