Achievements in Last Period

• Alma workflow fix provided to Sandbox on 23rd July and will be released on 6th Aug
• Handover to supplier support completed
• Final Project Board prep and meeting held on 27th July, handover to Service Board which will meet twice a year
• Project Closure and Lessons Learned drafted and issued out for review and sign off

Issues

• Recommendations for automated course code data to be reviewed with Programme Manager for a new project next financial year
• Any unspent budget (8 days) will be transferred on closure to ISG Portfolio
• Extension of Talis contract to cover resits until 19th August - this was funded by L&UC

Next Steps

• Closure approval
