  • Training for Course Organisers and Preparation of lists for rollout commenced on 5th June
  • Rollout communication issued
  • URL testing completed and ready for rollout

Issues

  • Alma /Leganto workflow issue highlighted a bug in Alma product, request raised to supplier to resolve as soon as possible. Agreement from supplier to fix bug in Aug release. library teams have a workaround in place to cover period from 10th July to 6th Aug. Testing of fix will be available in Sandbox on 23 July.
  • Due to key business resource on annual leave agreement to complete support handover with supplier on 20th July
