Achievements in Last Period

• Training for Course Organisers and Preparation of lists for rollout commenced on 5th June
• Rollout communication issued
• URL testing completed and ready for rollout
• URL updated for Reading List service on 12th June
• Draft Project Closure and Lessons Learned
• Prep for final Project Board on 27th July
• Priorisation of developments issued to suppliers

Issues

• Alma /Leganto workflow issue highlighted a bug in Alma product, request raised to supplier to resolve as soon as possible. Agreement from supplier to fix bug in Aug release. library teams have a workaround in place to cover period from 10th July to 6th Aug. Testing of fix will be available in Sandbox on 23 July.
• Due to key business resource on annual leave agreement to complete support handover with supplier on 20th July
