Achievements in last period

• Discussed at meeting of 31 October that brief was approved with the caveat that the changes were made. Changes made and recirculated to project team 8 November and brief submitted to WIS 18 November.
• Workshop held 16 November to map the current processes in VRS and Library

Issues

• Service Management not available wb 8 Nov to check the changes and did not approve so brief rejected by WIS 22 November. Waiting on Service Management getting back with changes before they sign off.
• Due to industrial action the workshop was not well attended. This will lead to delays in signing off the processes and issues

Next Steps

• Service Management to update PM on changes they want to brief then brief to be resubmitted. If they cannot come back by 4 December will have to piccl change to brief date
• BA to circulate processes that were discussed at workshop to full project team to review
• Further meeting will have to be set up to discuss solutions

Commentary:  Project is AMBER.

Description: Likely to have to piccl a delay to the brief as Service Management not had time to feed back yet. Also industrial action has impacted the analysis as not all project members were able to attend the workshop and will have to feed back separately and a further meeting on solutions with the whole team will have to be rescheduled - unlikely to get this in before the Christmas break so milestone of 20 December will be missed

Impact: Delay to brief sign-off and analysis completion

Plan: Replan analysis date. The analysis will inform if configuration is required so until we know if this required we will not know the impact to the closure date.
