Achievements

Submitted job specification to the Careers Service to advertise post for PhD student to develop and deliver training and accompanying materials for the project. The job is currently live on MyCareersHub (https://mycareerhub.ed.ac.uk/students/jobs/detail/557475 , closing date 11th Nov).

Issues

The project is currently slightly behind the original schedule due to the proposal not taking into account the time involved in recruiting PhD intern, plus the time taken to understand and prepare for documentation for the recruitment process.

Next Steps

Select candidate (shortlisting, interviews and selection process).
Induction and supervision of PhD intern.
Intern to begin engagement with stakeholders & evaluate/update existing RDM resources.
Delivery of undergraduate training sessions expected to start in Jan 2019.
