Achievements in Last Period
- Migration document for EBIS TEST prepared
- Migration procedures updated as migration worked through
- Migration of EBIS TEST completed - tested successfully
- User testing carried out by E & B staff - problems post-EBIS TEST refresh but these were resolved
- Acceptance Sign Off passed on 25/06
- Work on preparations for migration of EBIS LIVE
- Arrangements made for migration of EBIS LIVE on 15/07
Issues
- Migration of EBIS TEST delayed because of work taking longer than estimated
- Archibus client issue caused problems for testing
- Delayed testing caused problems for sign-off and plans for next stages
- New Archibus virtual client cannot be installed till Septemner - Stefan Kaempf to liaise with USD
Next Steps
- Preparation for migration of LIVE database
- Migration of EBIS LIVE planned for 15/07 but now delayed till September
- Final tasks on new environment planned to be carried out in July nut not delayed till September.
Milestones cannot be set until USD commit to date for upgrading virtual archibus client.
