1. Agreement reached  between sponsor and IS applications on work remaining for this project to achieve closure
2. Agreement reached on estimate  of effort for this work and which  resources are required.
3. Agreement reached that Production management will fund this remaining work.

5. Deployment sign off review  to be completed.

The project status remains at RED as no new milestones have yet been agreed, as the project manager has not yet been able to secure resources.
