DEV and TEST environments

In order to ensure that the DEV environment better reflects the TEST and LIVE environments, a second DEV server  has been created and work has been carried out to set up both DEV servers to run two tomcats.

An attempt to recreate the LIVE layouts on DEV failed.

 Outstanding Issues

1. Issues with Statistics  on LIVE to be resolved
2. Outstanding issues on DEV and TEST to be resolved
3. Deployment sign off review  to be completed.

 Next steps

The project manager has invited the managers of the Development and Development technology teams ( on 8/2/13) in order to agree what work remains to be carried out on DEV and TEST.

The project status remains at  RED as the project manager has not yet been able  set a closure milestone until agreement is reached on what work must be carried out on DEV and TEST.
