Achievements in this period

A number of critical JIRA issues resolved and signed off and good progress has been made with the remaining  critical JIRAS (11) 

Further load testing with real users carried out. It was agreed with the project sponsor and with production management that no more load testing is required.

The project sponsor and programme manager agreed to transfer more days from the programme to the MyEd project.

Outstanding issues

Remaining  critical JIRAs with the project team  must be signed off. (9)

Erecruitment channel has beed deployed to  existing MyEd LIVE but not tested on  MyEd TEST

E-expenses channel must be signed off by Finance.

Personal Tutors channel to be signed off

The project status us GREEN on the assumption that the  new project estimate  will be agreed by WIS.
