  • Met with PWC and sponsor to review report and agree next phase - approved

  • PWC reporting slightly behind original schedule, but the sponsor and key stakeholders have approved
  • Project sponsor has approved a priority piece ahead of this project, we are still assessing any potential impact

ISSUE - PwC are tracking behind schedule, having spent longer on establishing a firm basis of understanding the 'as is' UoE IDAM environment. The sponsor has approved the initial deliverable and the delay. A new sponsor led request to prioritise identifying opportunities around two factor authentication may further delay this project, though this is under review.
