Consultation on Pilot Service

The Student Recruitment Pilot project has recently reached an exciting milestone where the franchise agreement was signed with Unitemps.  This now means the projects is in it development phase and is planning a number of consultation exercises with key stakeholders and future users of the service. 

Laura Richardson (Employment Officer, Student Experience, ISG), Jeanette King (HR Business Partner, ISG), Gavin McLachlan (Vice-Principal and Chief Information Officer, and Librarian to the University), and Andy Walker (Unitemps Franchise Relationship Manager) 

This will include at lease four focus groups happening throughout August with staff (who will be using the future service) and students (including those who have and have not applied for jobs within the University previously).  The aim of these sessions is to gather views on the proposed service and areas where future users experiences can be improved.  The information will also support development of baseline data to measure the success of the pilot project.

Findings from these and other consultation  exercises will be published throughout the project as journals here on the project web pages.
