Achievements in Last Period

• Updated schedule agreed.
• PIA completed and approved.
• Servers built and hardened (some application work still to do on one sever)
• Problem with wireless receiver coverage addressed.

Issues and Risks

• There are several Risks and Issues being managed via the Project RAID log.    All are suitably mitigated.

Next Steps

• Testing completed.
• Press release goes out and notices go up in Meadows notice boards.
• Enquiries and complaints process agreed and in place.
• Go-live: ACDs deployed to the Meadows.
• Data shared via the OrganiCity Node.
• Informatics ethics approval.
• Deployment of audio capture devices
