Status All ACDs have now been deployed to the Meadows.
Data sharing is in place. Access will need to be requested, and comms will go up on the citysounds.eu and\or the iot.ed.ac.uk web sites to announce this.

Description: On-going delays to full ACD deployment and sharing of data, although sufficient amount of ACDs to data capture was completed previously.
Impact: Impact is minimal if addressed in the sort term.
Plan to resolve: Re-planning has taken place, although the Sponsor was unable to make the meeting. In the absence of the Sponsor at the meeting, but using points provided in an email, we have extended the delivery phase to accommodate deployment of all ACDs and also the start of data sharing (this will not be via an OrganiCity node as initially thought). Although this moves the project out by more than two months, it is our assumption, in the absence of the Sponsor , that the impact of this is sufficiently low to leave the project at Amber status overall.
