Re-planning has taken place, although the Sponsor was unable to make the meeting. In the absence of the Sponsor at the meeting, but using points provided in an email, we have extended the delivery phase to accommodate deployment of all ACDs and also the start of data sharing. Although the moves the project out by more than two months, it is our assumption, in the absence of the Sponsor, that the impact of this is sufficiently low to leave the project at Amber status overall.
The current Sponsor may need to step back from the role, but would like the project to continue to include capturing of data, and to potentially run this past the initial 12-month data capture window. This will be discussed with the Director of ITI and scope change raised as needed.
