Achievements in last period

• Start of project approved at WIS 8 November
• PM kicked off project familiarisation with programme manager and PM from the initial analysis project

Issues

• Alistair Fenemore unaware he was project sponsor. Escalated to programme manager
• End of planning date moved from 6 Dec 19 to 13 Jan 20 due to additional PM work on INF135 and new project USG014 whose procurement will take up time in December not anticipated when this projects dates were submitted.

Next Steps

• First draft of brief to be circulated and team brought together to discuss
