Project Status

RAG Status

RAG Commentary: Resources were requested in November from Software Services and have still not been assigned. Delivery date now at severe risk and recorded as such. Unless resources are assigned then current milestones will not be achieved, and in the absence of communication about resourcing no re-planning can take place. We will continue to have our code it older repositories and version control systems keeping current inefficient processes and risk to security. Escalation to Sponsor will hopefully help us with clarification on resourcing by end of February.

Change Commentary: no change to milestones this month but lack of resourcing means a review is now necessary and we could see milestones slip
