Achievements in Last Period

• Draft Disaster Recovery Plan issued out for review and agreement by project team

Issues

• Due to Project manager's annual leave during October  limted activity completed on project
• DR repository has still to be created - waiting for confirmation TADs can be uploaded onto SharePoint Site - Project Sponsor proposing this to OGG, also Service Management resource availability to support repository creation.
• Project milestones to be reviewed and resource effort estimated for final activity on project - budget review for funding to be returned to the INF programme

Next Steps

• Update Sharepoint site with key documentation
• DR plans updated where required
• Review project resource estimates, returning potential unused days back to programme
• Following Major Incident in mid September impacting KB, a template document to be created for information on priority services to be included within project
