  • Inaugural Project Board meeting (this was rescheduled which has slightly delayed brief sign-off)
  • Project Brief reviewed with Board
  • Brief updated with feedback from Board
  • Replacement BA recruited and assigned to start work on project on 05/11/19

BA assigned to project was reassigned to Core Systems.

  • Complete approval of Brief by Board and submit to WIS
  • Complete handover to new BA
  • Draft project's communication and engagement strategy for review at next Board meeting
