Hiya Andy, just thought I’d give you a last update before leaving for Athens

I have asked Geir for an official sign off of Build to add to the Project Website but nothing received as of yet (I did cc you)– I will keep chasing
I have spoken with Anna, apologised for the rushed engagement and added in an extra task for Handover as requested. I’ve worked it so that it doesn’t affect our resourcing in ASTA– she’s cool
Between 04/07/16 – 15/07/16 Alex and Myles will be undertaking UAT (Myles in on A/L 13/07 – 01/08)
18/07/16 you will need to chair our ACCEPTANCE SIGN OFF team meeting with the purpose to deploy 20/07 (purely selfish as I don’t return until 19/07)

Apologises to have left this with you. The original plan had been for build and integration to have taken place over this period which meant very little involvement from yourself whilst I was away. I don’t envisage there being much call on your time but never say never. Thanks for covering.
