Susan is progressing with HESA work, no issues for IS Apps and expects to have submittd to plan before 30-Sept

HESA Upload file info of examples from 2014-15

Last year a couple of data files required to be loaded

eg JIRAs HRS085-25 and HRS085-28

Pam S last year prepared scripts and put the completed scripts into the required JIRAs for Dev Tech to Load.

This is just to refer to when we need to do thee same again this year.

  1. Dev review Susan's scripts
  2. Then create a JIRA for HRS090
  3. once created assign to Dev Tech etc as usual
  4. may be required more than once or it may be different files

First issues have come up on the HESA return 5-Aug

Frist issues have come up onthe HESA return 5-Aug forwarded onto developer on Monday 8=Aug to investigate

  2. ACTQUAL no longer required for HRS090 15-16 return
    1. Pam, I can now confirm we do NOT need the Academic Teaching Qualifications (ACTCHQUAL) added to this year’s return. Susan
  3. Pam handing over HESA knowledge to Ron to allow a handover to  a contractor when he arrives
