Achievements in Last Period

• User Group UAT completed and Signed off on 28 June.
• Completion of some JIRAs

Issues

• The Supplier has been unable to deliver a working resolution to JIRA 76 which realtes to security for interview panel members. This has impacted on milestones and the budget split across the two financial years as noted in piccl 11. This has pushed the delivery milestone out by two months due to having to accommodate summer leave across the project team. This is reflected in the project's RED status.

Next Steps

• Complete JIRA 76 resolution (supplier)
• Complete JIRA 76 testing in TEST and LIVE (HR Systems)
• Obtain Special CAB approval for September delivery once confirmation from supplier on JIRA 76
