Achievements in Last Period

• Testing of the DEV environment has continued with many JIRAs having been resolved
• Work is underway developing the TEST Build record
• MyEd portlet work has progressed
• DEV BI work has begun with initial findings raised in JIRA with supplier
• User Group meetings scheduled for duration of project
• Comms plan drafted and shared with User Group ahead of March User Group meeting.

Issues

• Scope and Time are RED - ongoing issues in the DEV environment. Project preparing options appraisal for User Group and Project Board on what portal functionality to deploy - option chosen could dramatically change scope of Business Readiness work and therefore the plan

Next Steps

• Resolve issues on the upgraded v21 DEV environment
• Recommend deliver option from Options Appraisal following feedback to User Group and Project Board and re-plan and re-estimate project on approval
• Complete the DEV BI Universe work
• HR Systems to complete the elearning pre-requisites
