BI work was completed and signed off on all three environments
The project sponsor agreed to removing the Major Governance Assessment Review as no longer required (noted in issue 12)
Issues
Multiple JIRAs remain unresolved since the upgraded version went live. New issues are also being raised with CoreHR support rather than the Upgrades team.
Milestones have been rescheduled as noted in Issue 12 but approval for increased budget pending from Business before submitting to WIS.
A new PM has been requested to release the current PM to a seconded role given that the project did not close as planned. This will impact the project's budget as any new PM's time will be recorded against the project
