  • Completed the curent process review with Devolved Support Groups , and SCE/MVM Devolved Business Groups
  • Current processes signed off
  • Completed 1st business requirements workshops with all 4 user groups: UHRS, College devolved HR, and both School and Support Groups

Issues

  • Revised estimates, issue: new estimates are 40d (was 35d). Agreed 2d contingency will be used within the programme. 

Next Steps

  • Complete the business requirements workshops 
  • Review and prioritise the requirements with Senior Users
