The final requirements were reviewed with Programme Owner, Project Sponsor and Business Lead. This review agree which requirements are externally compliant and which are internally compliant and those that are not compliant. There are some final actions arising from the final review meeting which, together with annual leave, meant final sign-off is postponed to 14 January
