Enhancing Employment Analysis project has started

The scope of this project will be to articulate the business requirements needed to support the management and reporting on the Guaranteed Hours contracts. This will be achieved by consulting key stakeholders.

The benefit will be to reduce a large administrative overhead for the management and reporting on the Guranteed Hours contracts in the  devolved HR teams and business areas created in part by the manual nature of the process.  It will also benefit the devolved areas to access the information they require. This will feed into a separate technical implementation project to start next year.
