Achievements in last period:

The HR Business Area manager provided the required csv files for:

  • early career researcher
  • research assistant
  • current academic discipline
  • new soc codes
  • new SHEFC cost codes

and these were applied in Dev and Test.

Scope addition to add new fields to HR's PPIPMI database, extract, and reporting universe was actioned, and applied in Dev, Test and Live.

The schedule for the post-deployment support resources was confirmed by the Business Area Manager, and these resources have been secured.  The project's 2013-14 budget allows for 40 days of ISA effort during the period from 5th August to 15th November.

Issues:

A number of late system issues were raised.  These had either been omitted or removed from the business requirements, or missed during UAT testing.  

At the rescheduled Deployment Sign-off meeting, the Business Area Manager indicated that she had not yet run the deployed system, and didn't plan to do so until w/c 5th August.  As a result, the Deployment sign-off had to be delayed again.

Run extract.

Confirm Deployment sign-off.
