Project replanned based on the new workpackages and submitted to WIS for approval
Workpackage 5 (Wiki/web usability) - initial meeting held with Service Management to establish scope. Follow-up meeting with FIS booked for next week.
Workpackage 9 (eStores) is complete in Dev and is awaiting some tech involvement to complete the deployment to Test.
Workpackage 13 (BOXI objects) has started utilising Apps Management resources. They are using this as an opportunity to bring a newer member of staff up-to-speed, so this project will only pick up part of the budget for this work. An initial allocation of 3 days has been agreed.
Workpackage 12 (EDUNESI load improvements) development work has been completed. Apps Management have tested this in Dev & confirmed that it can be deployed to Test. A brief Implementation Plan is now being prepared. Depending on the content of this document, the actual implementation may be done by Dev Tech or Apps Management.
