The re-pointing of the application to the new eFIn databases was completed this month
Integration testing has taken place although formal sign-off has not taken place as one issue was still being worked on
Test plans were reviewed
The application has been handed over to FIS for acceptance testing
Issues
Integration testing was delayed by pressure of support issues. This in turn meant that the developer was not available to address the re-work as they were assigned to other projects. Overall this resulted in a 2 week delay.
The WPM expert in FIS is leaving the University at the end of May so the project is under increasing pressure to complete before that date.

Go-live has been provisionally planned for w/c 3rd June
