Achievements in Last Period

•  System design document completed in comjunction with Finance representatives from FIS

Issues

•  The design has taken longer than estimated due to the variety of file formats that the application is required to handle.  This can be offset against the reduction from a 2-phase to a 1-phase delivery (pending approval from Internal Audit)
• The revised estimation is higher than previously anticipated due to the complex nature of the requirements and the number of unknowns with the WPM element of the interface
• The technical design (TAD) is not yet complete due to outstanding information on the WPM gateway

Next Steps

• Meet with Internal Audit (meeting date secured)
• Design sign-off
• Secure funding for build or reduce scope of design
