Phase 2 post-deployment fixes deployed to Live

Fixes listed in Test deployment journal entry 0f 16/11/12, plus:

1.  Apostrophe in surname causes user search to fail  https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-403 It is now possible to perform a user search where the surname includes an apostrophe.

2.  Payroll Extract including costings even when they match assignment costing  https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-404 Payroll Extract now only includes costings for a task if they are different from the assignment costings.

3.  Invalid research codes appearing in eTime Test & Live  https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-405 Invalid research codes have been removed from the Research Code list for Research Time Recorders.
