Phase 2 post-deployment fixes released to Test

1.  Research timesheet - rounding issue - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-392

Research Timesheet total hours now explicitly rounds to 2 decimal places.

2.  HR Feed does not correct Assignments where the UUN has changed - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-393

When a UUN change occurs in IDM, the assignments in eTime are correctly updated to use the new UUN, PROVIDED NO TIMESHEETS EXIST FOR THE USER. The changes would have to be carried out manually and carefully in the database if time was already recorded for the user.  

3.  Issue with HR costing changes - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-394

When a costing is changed for an HR assignment, for a single day only the old costing and new costing are both active. eTime now picks up the most recently updated costing as the primary costing for an assignment where there is more than one costing with the same proportion.  The eTime HR feed will still pick up 2 costings for one day only, but the primary costing in eTime will change to the new costing on the day following the costing change in HR.  

4.  URL for missing email instructions needs to be updated - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-399

The URL which points to assistance when a user's email address is not present in eTime has been corrected to point to http://www.ed.ac.uk/ schools-departments/information-services/services/computing/comms-and-collab/email/directories.

5.  eAuthorisations - eTime link fails with duplicate org unit error - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-401

The link between eAuthorisations and eTime no longer fails when a user has multiple HR Assignments in the same Org Unit.
