Enhancements Included:
1. Account Code Management (BRD ID 1.14) - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-348
Administrators can now de-activate Account Codes in eTime and add new Account Codes from eFinancials via the new Account Codes menu option for eTime Administrators.
2. Email Preferences (BRD ID 1.3) - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-349 (includes sub-tasks FIN072-350 and FIN072-351)
HTBN and Research Approvers may opt in or out of the workflow notifications sent on Submission and Approval of Pay Claims and Timesheets. Approvers may not opt out of Rejection notifications. The new Preferences menu option for eTime Approvers provides the appropriate options depending upon the type and level of Approver.
3. Time Recorder and Approver Dashboards (BRD IDs 1.4, 1.7 and 1.20) - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-356
The following new Dashboard features have been added to eTime:
- For Research and HTBN Time Recorders, the eTime Welcome page is replaced by a User Dashboard highlighting action points required from the Time Recorder.
- For Research Time Recorders, the action points relate to Missing Timesheets, Unsubmitted Timesheets and Rejected Timesheets.
- For HTBN Time Recorders, the action points relate to Unsubmitted Tasks, Rejected Tasks, Rejected Pay Claims and Incomplete Tasks.
- For Research and HTBN Approvers, the existing Approve Timesheets or Approve Pay Claims Dashboard appears when the Approver logs into eTime instead of the Welcome page.
- When performing a User Search, the View icon in the Action column now links to the applicable User Dashboard and the User Name links to User Details.
4. Research Report 2 : Research Project Summary (BRD Appendix 1) - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-365
The new Project Summary Report for Research Level 1 and 2 Approvers and Administrators summarises Approved FP7 Chargeable hours by Research Job Code and Time Recorder. The report summarises all Tasks relating to a specified Research Project within a specified reporting period that have been Approved at Level 1 or Level 2. Resulting Tasks are grouped by Time Recorder within 'R-Number'. The report may be viewed in eTime or downloaded as a CSV file.

The new Missing Timesheet Report for Research Proxy Users, Level 1 and 2 Approvers and Administrators lists Users who have Missing Timesheets within a specified period. Users are selected by Cost Centre, and Timesheets that are unsubmitted, Rejected or Submitted may be treated as Missing for the purposes of the Report. For each User included in the Report results, there is a link to the User Dashboard.

The data feed logging emails now distinguish between errors and warnings in the subject line to help support and FIS distinguish between real errors in any of the data feeds and warnings.
2. Minor alteration required in the Split Costings warning - https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/jira/browse/FIN072-377
When creating or editing a Task for an Assignment with Split Costings, the wording of the warning shown above the Cost Centre field has been slightly modified and the text of the warning is now highlighted in red.
